1. General Provisions

- Customers who place orders with our company (including online store / WhatsApp / Facebook / IG, etc.) will be deemed to have agreed to the provisions of the "Terms and Conditions".

2. Ordering Terms

- Due to different resolutions of each phone or computer, there may be slight color differences between photos and actual products. Our company does not accept any problems caused by color differences as they do not affect the use and function of the product. In addition, returns or exchanges due to personal reasons or differences with your imagination are not accepted.

- The delivery period of pre-ordered goods may be delayed due to logistics delivery speed or customs issues, which may occasionally affect the delivery to Hong Kong. If the supplier is unable to ship on time, we will notify you as soon as possible and try to avoid such situations.

- In the event of a product being sold out or out of stock, you can choose to wait for the next batch of goods or choose to purchase other products. You can also choose to fully refund the payment for the out-of-stock product. However, the original order discount (including free shipping, discounts on orders over a certain amount, or other promotional discounts) must be recalculated.

- Generally, the price of goods does not include postage and insurance.

3. Delivery Terms

- Orders that meet the minimum spending requirement of HK$400 or above are eligible for free delivery service (only applicable to Hong Kong). Your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days, depending on the availability of the ordered goods. During public holidays, weekends, and special sale periods, additional days may be needed to arrange shipments. *"Artin Mosaic Limited" reserves the right to modify or change our service terms or delivery charges at any time.

- If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, resulting in the inability to deliver, when the goods are returned to Cloud Shadow Creative, we will contact the customer and arrange a second delivery, and the customer will need to pay the relevant shipping fee.

- If the logistics company fails to contact the customer multiple times and the package cannot be delivered, or after being delivered to a self-pickup point / smart locker, it is not collected within the specified time, the courier company will return the package, which may incur additional costs, which will be borne by the customer.

- Regarding shipping requirements, please make the request before completing the purchase. Once the goods are shipped, the shipping method cannot be changed.
